Rejoice, for your names are Written In Heaven, this being a spiritual acknowledgement by The Book of Life. Jesus would commission seventy or seventy-two witnesses to go town by town and invite into The Kingdom of God. Their mission would be people, to ingratiate themselves with those potent with the expectation of learning truth, receiving it, and confirming it with their trust and belief. However, as the Messiah sends them out, they are each given a word of caution that when opposition finds them, to prevail. Turn their heels from that place and go thither to the next. What a true model for us today in The Church, to be neighborly in the standards of The Holy Gospel: introducing all to the Word of God. And, beyond this, welcoming all to the Person of Jesus. To ensure that fellow believers become such and know that with their own profession, God writes their names into eternity without fail and without end. Preached for the congregation of Wallace Methodist Church, may we leave the walls of our comfort, and storm through the community with precision against Satan and with the promises of God's unction. At the close of this chapter would The Twelve receive such powerful talents, treading on snakes and scorpions, not being vulnerable to death for they had died to gain life through Christ. How about us? The 244th publication reserved also in Paradise, are we fearless for the good helping of The Holy Ghost Who has anointed us to preach liberty to the captives, to tell others of the acceptable year of The Lord? if not, we must amend it.
