Listing for a true vintage dress! Bought but it didn’t fit me as I thought it would so hoping to give it a new home to bring it some life. Has gorgeous lace accents on the sleeves ( reminiscent of Austin powers ). The material is a stunning shiny deep blue velvet and is absolutely soft! Would look amazing with fun tights and Mary Janes or some go go boots. There is no sizing tag but I’m a size xs-s and it has a little more room on the sides. Could easily fit a small/medium. Feel free to message for specific measurements. If I had to guess era I would guess 60s or early 70s , this is a nice vintage piece.
