- We use original connectors for SpeedBox chip production, ensuring that the chip installation is straightforward and the connection is secure. We have prepared detailed instructions and recorded videos, allowing every customer to install the SpeedBox independently. Removing the tuning chip is just as easy as installation. If you encounter connection issues, contact us!
- For short breaks, it is advisable to keep one foot on the pedal to avoid starting the "countdown" deduction process, allowing for seamless continuation. In the eBike Flow app, disable automatic updates. Please note that the warranty for SpeedBox products does not cover malfunctions caused by motor updates.
- For longer stops, allow at least a partial "countdown" (distance deduction) to complete. Do not remove the display from the e-bike until the "countdown" (distance deduction) is finished. Activation/deactivation of tuning should generally be done before the ride, not during it. It is also recommended not to exceed a speed of 35 km/h. We recommend not updating the e-bike's software.
