• Ginger root extract, equivalent to 500mg dried root
• Turmeric root extract, equivalent to 500mg dried root and
• Bromelain 100mg.

Bromelain is the name given to a group of enzymes found within pineapple juice and pineapple stems. These enzymes can digest protein, this is why the strength of bromelain is described by its ability to digest the protein gelatine.
