La Sportiva FC ECO 3.2 GTX Hiking Boots- Womens size 8

I loved these boots! It’s generally recommended to size up at least a half size in hiking boots, due to thicker hiking socks and up and downhill shifting of your foot. Some reviews said you could wear these true to size, and I quickly learned I definitely need a larger size.
I purchased these secondhand but they still have so many miles left!
It does appear there is a small bit of the sole broken off, as shown in the sixth picture.
I’m not sure how or when this happened, but I truly never noticed until posting these photos.
The last hike I did involved lots of water and mud. The waterproofing on these is still so good! I definitely put it to the test.
Due to the mud, against recommendation, I did give these babies a bath in mild detergent and cold water (it was much needed), and sprayed the leather with a leather conditioner.
They are ready to go on the next adventure
